Open House at Eye of the Storm Equine Rescue
Eye of the Storm Equine Rescue, a nonprofit volunteer center that cares for horses who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned, will be having an Open House and Tack Sale on Saturday, May 20th from 10:30am to 4:00pm (if you go, you'll have time to get home for the Preakness!).
It's an opportunity to visit the 10 horses currently in residence, and browse through the organization's collection of new and used tack, with everything from blankets to saddles. The proceeds will help to support the upkeep of the rescue horses.
Eye of the Storm is located at 65 White Pond Rd. in Stow, just off Rte. 117 , not far from Erickson's Ice Cream in Maynard.
